Acceptable but with concerns
late night noise missing towel hooks
The room was not very soundproof. I heard noise from the communal area late at night (past midnight) and early in the morning (around 7 a.m.). It disrupted my sleep. The small bathroom lacked towel hooks.

convenient access good touch
The location has convenient access to many eateries. That was charming. I also appreciated the tea bags and cookies provided. A good touch!
I found the number of plug sockets in the room to be slightly limited. It was a minor inconvenience.

great location board games honesty bar
the location was great. it was easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. the communal area had board games and a pool table. the honesty bar was a nice touch.

AMAZING place for Families
helpful staff easy check-in
the staff were REALLY helpful to us, and the easy check-in was great. The rooms are LOVELY, and the hotel being so close to the city center was a big plus. I particularly appreciated the proactive communications regarding our stay.

equipped kitchen free sweets straightforward process
The communal space included a well-equipped kitchen. I found crockery readily available. free sweets were a nice touch. the self-check-in process was straightforward with clear instructions sent in advance.
The small bathroom lacked towel hooks. There was nowhere convenient to hang them.
